What is sleep hygiene? Sleep hygiene is simply the behaviors that effect one’s ability to sleep, good or bad. By practicing good sleep hygiene, one can experience better, more consistent sleep.

 

Sleep Hygiene (behaviors) that will help/hinder sleep:
